TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The appliance does not turn
on.
The appliance is on but does
not supply steam
Drops of water leak when ap-
pliance is turned on
Should the problems persist, contact an Authorised Polti Service Centre (see
www.polti.com for the up-to-date list) or Customer Services.
CAUSE
Power cable (G)
plugged in
Boiler switch (B) off
The appliance is
pressurised yet
Lack of water in the boi-
ler, indicator light (D)
turned on every time
steam is requested.
Steam control knob (E),
turned completely
clockwise.

SOLUTION
not Connect the power supply ca-
ble (G) to a suitable electric
socket.
Turn on the boiler switch (B).
not Wait for the indicator light to
come on (C).
Fill the boiler as described in
the paragraph "Preparation".
Turn the control knob (E) anti-
clockwise, to
steam.
Dispense steam onto a cloth
for 10 seconds.
