7. TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The vacuum cleaner does
not turn on
The brush is not working
During vacuuming, power
is reduced.
Battery charger hot during
recharge phase.
Should the problems persist, contact an Authorised Polti Service Centre (see
www.polti.com for the up-to-date list) or Customer Services.
CAUSE
Battery empty.
Appliance turned off.
The brush is not atta-
ched correctly.
Something is obstruc-
ting the rotation of the
bristles of the brush.
Dust-collector tank
full.
This is normal when the
battery is recharging

SOLUTION
Charge the appliance.
Turn on the appliance.
Check and correctly connect the
brush.
Clean the interior of the brush as
described in the maintenance pa-
ragraph.
is Empty the dust-collector tank.
