4.2 [Sleep Mode] setting

Note
To conserve energy and operating cost, this scanner is provided with a programmable power save feature.
The scanner is factory set with power save feature turned on and programmed to 15 minutes to comply
with ENERGY STAR requirements.

4.2.1 [Sleep Mode]

Select whether to enable or disable the sleep mode. When the box is checked, the sleep mode is enabled.
With KV-S7065C, KV-S4085CW, KV-S4085CL, KV-S4065CW, KV-S4065CL, KV-S3065CW, KV-S3065CL,
KV-S2048C, KV-S2028C, KV-S1025C, and KV-S1020C, this check box is not displayed, and the sleep mode
is always enabled.

4.2.2 [Waiting Time]

Select the waiting time before sleep mode activates when the scanner is idle. This time can be set from 1 to
60 minutes in 1-minute increments.
With KV-S1025C and KV-S1020C, this time can be set from 15 to 60 minutes.

4.2.3 [OK] button

Press this to enter the scanner settings.
4.2.4 [Cancel] button
Press this to cancel the settings, and abort their entry in the scanner.
