1.Grasp the
Press Bar (#1)
2.Pull the Push Pull Pin 1/2 Special (#53) to
release the
Press Bar (#1).
3.Keep the Push Pull Pin 1/2 Special (#53)
released and adjust the
Press Bar (#1)
the desired position.
4.Release the Push Pull Pin 1/2 Special
(#53) and make sure it has been fully
engaged into the selector holes of the
Press Bar
(#1).

1.Grasp the
Back Pad (#34)
2.Pull the Push Pull Pin 1/2 Special (#53) to
release the
Back Pad (#34).
3.Keep the Push Pull Pin 1/2 Special (#53)
released and adjust the
Back Pad (#34)
to the desired position.
4.Release the Push Pull Pin 1/2 Special
(#53) and make sure it has been fully
engaged into the selector holes of the
Adjustable Back Pad Bracket
ODY-5 Odyssey Home Gym
