Operation

Ensure the frames are securely fixed to the appliance and the gas is connected correctly.

Turn On

Press in and turn the Power knob to the 'Max' position. Keep the knob pressed in.

Press and hold the red Ignition button until the gas ignites.

Note: If the gas does not ignite after 5 seconds turn the appliance Off and leave for
approximately two minutes before trying again.
Keep the Power knob pressed in for approximately 10 seconds before releasing, to ensure the gas

supply stays lit. look through the viewing pane if necessary.
Note: Ensure the gas supply is completely lit through the viewing pane. If not turn Off
the gas and start the process again.
Adjust the power to the desired level and allow to preheat for approximately 5 minutes.

Cook on the BBQ as required.

WARNING: Parts of the appliance become very hot during use. BUFFALO recommend
the use of suitable protective gloves and utensils when cooking.

Turn Off

Turn the knob fully clockwise.
Note: Always turn Off the gas supply at the bottle as well as on the appliance.
WARNING: Wait approximately10 minutes after turning Off the appliance before
relighting.

Changing Gas Bottle

When the gas bottle needs changing:
Ensure the gas supply is turned Off at the bottle AND on the appliance.
1.
Unscrew the regulator from the bottle.
2.
Remove the empty bottle and replace with a full one.
3.
Reconnect the regulator, ensuring the connection is secure.

Transporting

Note: Always allow the appliance to cool, then turn Off and disconnect the gas supply
before transporting.
The appliance is fitted with castors for ease of movement.
