You can change advanced document settings by using the Printing Preferences pages. To access these, select
Print or Print Setup from your application's File menu or Printing Preferences from the Printers menu.
Layout Tab
Use this tab for general page layout options.

Use this tab for tray
selection.

and the lower portion of the tab
displays more options for that setting.
