Using the Timer Menu

To access the Timer Menu, follow these steps:
1. Display menu
To exit the Menu, press

To go directly to
programming Timer 1 or 2 in
step 1, press instead of
pressing b.

To return to the Timer
Menu after programming one
of the Timers, press
when the highlight is in the
channel number field.

To return to the Timer
Menu after setting the
Current Time, press

minute field.

MENU
The Timer Menu includes the following options:
Option Description
Timer 1 You can use the Timer to program the TV to turn on and
Timer 2 off and tune to a specific channel at two scheduled
viewing times.

To reset the Clock or Timers

Press on the remote control, when in the Timer Menu, to
RESET
reset to the factory defaults.
Timer 1: Off
Timer 2: Off
Current Time
and Timer 2 are not available to be set until you set
Current Time.
Press or to highlight
V v
time, press b.
Press V or v to highlight one of the following
options, then press
Program Select to set the Timer by day, time,
duration, and channel.
Off Select to turn off the Timer. (Your previous
settings are saved.)
Press V and v to set the day(s), hour, minute,
duration, and channel number. Press
confirm each setting and move to the next setting.
Press B to go back to the previous setting.
Press MENU to exit the Menu. An LED on the front
panel will light, indicating the timer has been set.
Press and to set the current time (day, hour, and

back to the previous setting.
