takes

level.

parameters determine the
level settings (LI,

and L4) of
the pitch envelope.
They
determine
the
amount
by which
the pitch
is
changed
at
each
point.
The
standard
pitch here
is
the
same
as the
value
set in
the pitch
shift
coarse/fine parameters.
When
the
value
is
positive
(+),
the pitch
is
higher than standard
pitch.
When
the value
is
negative
(
-
),
the pitch
is
lower
than standard
pitch.
When
set to
0,
pitch
remains unchanged
(at
standard
pitch).
