EMERGENCY STARTING (CONTINUED)
WARNING
The exposed moving flywheel can cause serious injury. Keep your hands,
hair, clothing, tools, and other objects away from engine when starting
or running the engine. Do not attempt to reinstall the flywheel cover or top
cowl when engine is running.

Models with carburetors – If engine is cold, push in the fuel primer button for
6 seconds to prime the engine.

Place the starter rope knot into the flywheel notch and wind the rope clockwise
around the flywheel.

Pull the starter rope to start the engine.

After engine has started, do not reinstall the flywheel cover or top cowl.

AVERTISSEMENT
Un volant-moteur exposé et en mouvement peut causer des blessures
graves. Tenez vos mains, vos cheveux, vos vêtements, vos outils ou tout
autre objet éloignés du moteur lors de son démarrage ou lorsqu'il est en
marche. N'essayez pas de remettre le dispositif de rembobinage ou le ca-
pot supérieur lorsque le moteur est en marche.

Modèles avec carburateurs - Si le moteur est froid, enfoncez le bouton
d'amorçage du carburant pendant 6 secondes pour amorcer le moteur.

Glissez le noeud de la corde de démarrage dans l'encoche du volant-moteur
et enroulez-la dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre autour de ce dernier.

Tirez sur la corde de démarrage pour lancer le moteur.

Une fois le moteur démarré, ne remettez pas le couvercle du volant-moteur ou
le capot supérieur.

Cuando el volante está expuesto y en movimiento, puede ocasionar le-
siones graves. Mantenga las manos, el cabello, la ropa y las herramientas
y cualquier otro objeto, alejados del motor mientras esté arrancando o
esté en marcha. No trate de volver a instalar el conjunto arrancador de re-
bobinado ni la cubierta superior mientras el motor esté en marcha.

PARTIDA DE EMERGÊNCIA (CONTINUAÇÃO)
O volante, quando exposto e em movimento, poderá causar graves feri-
mentos. Mantenha as mãos, o cabelo, a roupa, ferramentas e outros obje-
tos distantes do motor, durante a partida ou o funcionamento do motor.
Não tente reinstalar a tampa do volante ou a capota superior quando o
motor estiver funcionando.

ADVERTENCIA
Modelos con carburadores – Si el motor está frío, empuje el botón de cebado
de combustible durante 6 segundos para cebar el motor.
Coloque el nudo de la cuerda de arranque en la ranura del volante y enrolle
la cuerda en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj alrededor del volante.
Tire de la cuerda del arrancador para arrancar el motor.
Después que arranca el motor, no vuelva a instalar la cubierta del volante ni
o la cubierta superior.
OPERAÇÃO
AVISO
Modelos com carburador - se o motor estiver frio, aperte o botão de
escorvamento do motor durante 6 segundos para escorvar o motor.
Coloque o nó da corda de arranque no encaixe do volante e enrole a corda no
sentido horário, em torno do volante.
Puxe a corda de arranque para dar partida no motor.
Após a partida no motor, não reinstale a tampa do volante ou a capota superior.
