4 First Time Installation

After all connections have been made properly,
switch on your TV and make sure the receiver is
connected to the mains via the power adaptor.
Press the Power key to switch on the receiver.
Satellite channels should be pre-loaded and the
screen below should appear (go to 5.1 below).
If there are no channels loaded the Installation
Guide menu shown to the right will appear.
1. Select [OSD Language] and press the /
to select a language.
2. Select [Dish Setup] and press the /
key to enter Dish Setup.

5 Basic Operation

5.1Program Management Settings

Press the MENU key and select [Program].
The Menu provides options to adjust the Program
Management Settings. Use the / keys to select
an option and press OK or /
setting. Press the EXIT key to exit the Menu.
5.2 Program Edit
To edit your program preferences (lock, skip, favourite,
move & delete), you will need to enter the Program
Edit Menu. This Menu requires a password to access.
Enter the default password '000000' .

5.2.1 Setting Favourite Channels

You can create a short list of favourites
To Set Favourite TV or Radio program:
1. Select the preferred channel then press the
FAVOURITE key. A list of categories appears use
/ keys to select a category and press OK.
A star symbol will appear next to the channel to
indicate it is a favourite.
2. Repeat the previous steps to select more
Favourite channels.
3. To confirm and exit the Menu, press the EXIT key.
To Disable Favourite status for a TV or Radio
channel: Press the Favorite key, move the cursor to
highlight a channel with a star symbol,
and select "disable" on screen.
To View a Favorite Channel:
1. Press the Favorite key and the Favorite Menu will appear use /
2. Press the / keys to highlight a favourite Channel in a category.
3. Press the OK key to select a highlighted channel.
To Delete a TV or Radio Channel: Enter Program Edit.
1. Select a channel then press the BLUE key, repeat to select all the channels you wish to delete then press OK, a mes-
sage will appear "Do you want to delete this channel". Press OK key to delete the selected channels.
2. Press EXIT to leave screen.
To Skip TV or Radio Channel: Enter Program Edit.
1. Select the channel you would like to skip and press the GREEN key, a skip symbol will appear.
The channel is marked as skipped.
2. Repeat the previous steps to select more channels.
3. To confirm and exit the menu, press EXIT key.
To unmark a skipped TV or Radio channel: Press the GREEN key on the skipped channel.
