Use Sony's Emergency Response System for after-hours technical support.
1. Call (408) 435-8910
2. Using a touch-tone phone, select the desired primary category from the
four (4) menu selections, then the appropriate secondary category. If a
selection is not made from a touch-tone phone, the system will
terminate the call.
