Speed Defrost
For instance: If you want to defrost shrimp. Please follow the below steps.

Press the Speed Defrost button once and the
LED display will show "1S" and "00:00".

• Place roasts fat-side down or whole poultry breast-side down.
• Drain liquids during defrosting as the juices from food can get hot and cook the food.
