BEFORE YOU BEGIN Thank you for selecting the new PROFORM® 190 after reading this manual, please see the front SPX exercise cycle. Cycling is an effective exer- cover of this manual. ASSEMBLY Assembly requires two persons. Place all parts of the exercise cycle in a cleared area and remove the pack ing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. In addition to the included tool(s), assembly requires a Phillips screwdriver and an adjust- able wrench .

STEP 3 Pull the broaching (7) under the saddle tube, then insert the saddle adjust set(17) into the “D” shape tube of the saddle tube set, unclench the broach- ing. (Front and back movement of the saddle: sad- dle can be adjusted front and back if users feel they sit too front or too back of the saddle during the exercise.
STEP 6 Identify the Right Pedal (24 R), which is marked with an “R.” Using an adjustable wrench, firmly tighten the Right Pedal (24 R) clockwise into the Right Crank (X). Tighten the Left Pedal (not shown) counter- clockwise into the Left Crank (not shown). IMPORTANT: Tighten both pedals as firmly as possible.
