Enhancing the sound quality
— MP3 BOOSTER+
You can enhance the sound quality of the
audio files by activating the MP3
BOOSTER+ function.
Press MP3 BOOSTER+ repeatedly
to select "MP3 BOOSTER+ ON"
during playback of audio files.
"BOOSTER" lights up in the display.
To deactivate MP3 BOOSTER+
function
Press MP3 BOOSTER+ again to select
"MP3 BOOSTER+ OFF".

Pausing or resuming the
playback smoothly
— BREAK
You can avoid pausing or resuming
playback immediately when you press
BREAK as follows:
Press BREAK during playback
The volume is reduced smoothly until no
sound and the playback is paused.
Press BREAK during pause
The playback resumed and the volume
increase smoothly.
Notes
• You can only select BREAK in CD, USB and
TAPE* function.
• This function is not available in stop mode.
• This function is automatically turned off when
you:
– turn off the system.
– change the function.
* Except for Latin American and Mexican
models.
Enjoying the music at low
volume
— NIGHT MODE
You can listen to the music at low volume
late at night.
Press NIGHT MODE repeatedly to
select "NIGHT MODE ON".
"NIGHT" lights up in the display.
The bass sound of the music is reduced
and the display dims.
