Main Gear Backlash Adjustment.
Tailboom
To insert shaft guides, oil each guide for easier insertion
and tap it inside the tailboom using a pipe or dowel.
Oil
Ensure the shaft guides
are properly directed
when inserting them.

Position of the Mast Stopper
1 Rotate the rotor head until the stabilizer bar and mixing lever
become parallel.

2 While pressing the rotor head (from above) and mast stopper
Shim
(from below) together, tighten all 4 screws equally.
Length of the Stabilizer Control Rods
If both stabilizer control rods do not fit the helicopter, the swash-
plate may be damaged due to too much strain. Both rods connect
the swashplate with the gear control lever and must be equally
long.
