NOTE: Be careful not to damage the
radiator fins.
 CAUTION
A hot radiator and hot engine can
burn you.
Wait until the radiator and engine
are cool enough to touch with
bare hands before starting this
work.
Rear Side
1. Lift the fuel tank by referring to the
FUEL TANK LIFT section.
2. Pull off the spark plug caps.
3. Remove the spark plugs with a
spark plug wrench.
NOTE: Pry up the spark plug cap with
a screwdriver or a bar if it is hard to
remove by hand. Do not pull the spark
plug cord.
NOTICE
Dirt can damage the moving
engine parts of your motorcycle if
it enters an open spark plug hole.
Cover the spark plug hole while
the spark plug is out of the hole.
