Numbers Cannot be Saved:
^ 1 (Public Service Numbers: 110, 119, 118, etc.)
^ 00 (International call numbers: 001, 0041, etc.)
^ 0120 (Toll-free numbers)
^ 0990 (Fee-based services: Dial Q2, etc.)
