Prerequisites
Dealer Technicians who have completed the FS -C2026MFP/C2126MFP Online training course with a
passing score are considered Certified on the FS-C5150DN/C5250DN.
For those who are not certified on the FS -C2026MFP/C2126MFP, a Full
FS-C2026MFP/C2126MFP/FS-C5150DN/C5250DN On-Line Training Course available at the
Learning Center on KMAconnect.
To participate in the On-line Training, a FS -C2026MFP/C2126MFP or a FS-C5150DN/C5250DN is
required. The Dealership can place their first order for the training equipment prior to authorization, but
additional equipment purchases require that at least one Technician has completed the On-Line
Training Course with an overall score of 80% or higher.
