  • Page 9 Caution: Please lock casters during installation process. STEP 1: Attach and secure the casters with brake (A) using the provided truss head. Attached wheels (B) Left cart panel leg by removing the hex nut screw with flat washer first and assembling both wheels as shown below.
  • Page 10 STEP 3: Attach both left & right panel legs to bottom panel with 8 pieces (1/4” x 40mm) crossed round head screws & 1/ 4” washers as shown in diagram. STEP 4: Attach front panel to front legs of side panels use 4 pieces (1/4” x 10mm) crossed round head screws & 1/4” washers.
  • Page 11 STEP 5: Attached and secure the cart frame cross bar to the top back of both side panels by using 4 pieces (1/4” x 10 mm) crossed round head screws & 1/4” washers. STEP 6: Place the upper portion of grill on to the assembled cart. Caution: To avoid injury, we strongly recommend 2 or more persons for this step.
  • Page 12 STEP 7: Secure head unit to cart with 4 pieces (1/4” x 15mm) crossed round head screws & 1/4” flat washers as shown in diagram. (Note: remove the cooking grids before this step) STEP 8: Attach left side shelf with 4 pieces (1/4” x 10 mm) crossed round head screws & 1/4” washers as shown on the figure below.
  • Page 13 STEP 9: Attach and secure the left condiment tray to control panel with one (5/32”x10 mm) crossed round head screw & 5/32” washer. Repeat the above step to install the condiment tray on right side shelf. STEP 10: Assemble Drip pan and Grease tray to Bowl assembly. (from rear of grill slide into position as shown below)

    BATTERY ASSEMBLE 1. Unscrew the ignition battery cap. (Found at far-left of control panel) 2. Insert battery into ignition box with the positive terminal facing outward. 3. Replace the ignition battery cap after the battery has been installed.

    LIQUID PROPANE CYLINDER RETENTION Place liquid propane tank in tank seat hole & secure with retention wing-bolt. PROPANE TANK ASSEMBLE Attach regulator to prop-tank turning the regulator noble, clockwise, and by hand until tight as shown in figure below.
