1 – YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Sunbeam Products, Inc. and its affi liates and its subsidiaries warrant that for a period of ONE year from
the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Sunbeam
Products, Inc. and its affiliates and its subsidiaries at its choice will repair this product or any
component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not
transferable. For this warranty to be honored it will be necessary to present the product, the purchase
receipt (except Mexico and Venezuela) and this policy fi lled out, sealed and dated by the retailer who sold
the product, in any Authorized Service Center listed in this certifi cate.
Bionaire™ dealers, Authorized Bionaire™ Service Centers, or retail stores selling Bionaire™ products
do not have the right to alter, modify, or any way change the terms and conditions of this
warranty. It includes the repair or free replacement of any faulty accessory, part or component and
the labor required to check, diagnose and repair the product. It also includes any expenses related to the
transportation of the product needed to fulfi ll this policy from the date it is received within the Network of
Authorized Service Centers. This certifi cate is only effective to the USER as long as the appliance is used
for HOUSEHOLD USE only.
Sunbeam Products, Inc. and its affi liates and its subsidiaries will not cover under warranty the following
cases:
Applicable to Latin America:
a) If product was used in any manner other than the intended one.
b) If product has not been used according to the instruction manual included with the product.
c) If product was altered or repaired by anyone other than those authorized by
the national manufacturer, importer or respective merchant.
Applicable to Central and South America:
d) Use of incorrect current or voltage or faulty electric power supply.
e) Normal wear and tear of parts and accessories resulting from regular use.
f) Damages resulting from transportation or handling of appliance.
g) Glass containers, light bulbs and accessories.
h) Industrial or commercial use of appliance.
At the end of this warranty policy, the authorized Bionaire™ service centers will continue at your disposal
to grant you the service you deserve with the trust of the Bionaire™ brand.

Sunbeam Products, Inc. ainsi que ses compagnies affi liées et subsidiaires garantissent que ce produit
ne montrera aucun défaut de matériau ou de main d'oeuvre pendant une période d'UN an à partir de la
date d'achat. Sunbeam Products, Inc. ainsi que ses compagnies affi liées et subsidiaires, à leur choix,
répareront ce produit ou tout composant de ce produit qui se trouvera défectif pendant la période de
garantie Cette garantie est applicable à l'acheteur original de ce produit, à partir de la date d'achat et n'est
pas transférable.
Cette garantie ne pourra être honorée qu'à la présentation du produit, du reçu d'achat (à l'exception de
Mexico et du Venezuela) et de cette police qui devra avoir été remplie, signée et datée par le magasin
de vente, dans tout Centre de Service Agréé dont la liste est incluse dans ce certifi cat. Les distributeurs
Bionaire™, les Centres de Service Agréés.
Bionaire™, ou les magasins vendant des produits Bionaire™ n'ont le droit de modifi er ou de changer
aucun des termes et conditions de cette garantie. Ceci inclut la réparation ou le remplacement gratuit de
tout accessoire, partie ou composant défectif, ainsi que la main d'oeuvre nécessaire pour examiner, faire
un diagnostique et réparer ce produit. Ceci inclut aussi toute dépense en rapport avec le transport du
produit nécessaire à l'accomplissement de cette garantie, depuis la
date de réception dans le réseau des centres de Service Agréés. Ce certifi cat s'applique au
consommateur de ce produit, uniquement si cet appareil est utilisé pour usage DOMESTIQUE.
Le produit ne sera pas couvert par la garantie émise par Sunbeam Products, Inc. ainsi que ses
compagnies affi liées et subsidiaires dans les cas suivants:
Applicable à l'Amérique Latine:
a) Si le produit a été utilisé pour un autre usage que celui auquel il a été conçu.
b) Si le produit n'a pas été utilisé en accordance avec le mode d'emploi .
c) Si le produit a été modifi é ou réparé par une personne qui n'est pas agréée par le fabricant national, la
maison d'importation ou le magasin de vente du produit.
Applicable à l'Amérique Centrale et l'Amérique du Sud:
d) Usage d'un courant , voltage ou source électrique inappropriés
e) Vieillissement normal des éléments et accessoires du

pour vous procurer le service que vous méritez avec toute la confi ance que vous donne la marque
Bionaire™.
