Start: Send Morse code ID if one is programmed.
Stop: Disable Morse code ID function.
Comments: If no ID is present, START will have no effect. If
STOP is selected while station is transmitting ID, ID will be
interrupted and terminated.
Battery Alarm Enable
Start: Disable battery Alarm Tone.
Stop: Restore the original EEPROM setting.
