6. Preparation

Follow the instructions to prepare the food. Always make sure that the food to be cooked,
is always fresh and of high quality. Always make sure that e.g. meat, fish, seafood and
poultry have been stored before use below 5 °C.
Always prepare foods on clean work surfaces.
