Print-to-fax
Use the print-to-fax feature to fax docu-
ments to other subscribers, groups, per-
sonal database contacts, or other
recipients.
For selecting the
"Print-to-Fax Print Driver"
* This feature may not be available at your site.
To send a fax by computer

Open the document you want to fax.
Use any Windows program that
prints to a network printer, such as a
word-processing, graphics, or data-
base program.

From the File menu, click "Print,"
then select "Print-to-Fax Print
Driver" from the list of available
printers. Click "OK."

Select the message recipients.
For selecting message recipients

To include a cover page, select "Send
Cover."

To create a custom cover page, click
"Cover," then select the type of cover
page. Click "OK."

To preview the fax, click "ViewFax."

To send the fax, click "Send." The
status of the fax is displayed in your
ViewMail window until it has been
sent.
