Grinder fails ilue to a defect in maierial or workmanship, Sears will repair it, free
of charge.
This warranty applies only while this product is in use in the United States.
WARRANTY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE BY SIMPLY RETURNING THE TOOL TO
(OR CONTACTING) THE NEAREST SEARS SERVICE CENTER/DEPARTMENT
IN THE UNITED STATES.

GROUND ALL TOOLS. lf the tool is equipped with a 3-prong plug, it must be plugged into
a 3-contact electric outlet. The 3rd prong is a ground to provide protection against
accidental electric shock. Never remove the 3rd prong on a grounded plug.
See Grounding Instructions on page 4.
AVOID DANGEROUS CONDITIONS. DO NOT use power tools in wet or damp areas
or exoose them to rain.
DO NOT use power tools in the presence of flammable liquids or gases.
ALWAYS keep your work area clean, uncluttered and well lit. DO NOT work on floor
surlaces that are slippery from sawdust or wax.
KEEP VISITORS AND CHILDREN AWAY. Other people should keep a safe distance
from the work area, especially when tool is operating.
DO NOT FORCE THE TOOL. Never lorce a tool to do a job for which it was not designed.
It will do a better and safer job by only using on jobs for which it was designed.
DRESS FOR SAFETY. DO NOT wear loose clothing, gloves, neckties, or jewelry (rings,
watches); they can get caught and draw you into moving parts.
ALWAYS wear non-slio footwear: tie back lono hair.
