Fire hazard!
Do not leave the cooktop unattended
whilst it is being used.
Please note that the heating up time
on induction cooktops is very much
shorter than on conventional
cooktops.

Switching the cooktop on

 Touch the  sensor.
 appears in each of the cooking zone
indicators. If no further entry is made,
the cooktop will turn itself off after a few
seconds for safety reasons.
Selecting/Changing the power
setting
 Briefly touch the sensor of the
desired cooking zone.
 will flash alternately with the selected
power setting in the cooking zone
display.
 Touch the appropriate number sensor
for the power setting you want.
The power setting selected flashes in
the display for a few seconds to start
with and then lights up constantly.

Switching off

 To switch a cooking zone off, touch
the sensor for the required cooking
zone twice.
 To switch off the cooktop and all the
cooking zones, touch the  sensor.

Residual heat indicator

If a cooking zone is still hot, the residual
heat indicator will light up after it has
been switched off.
The lines of the residual heat indicator
go out one after another as the cooking
zone cools down. The last horizontal
line only goes out when the cooking
zone is safe to touch.
The residual heat indicators will flash if
there is a power cut during use or
while residual heat is still present or if
you have opened the programming
function while residual heat is still
present.
Danger of burning! Do not touch
the cooking zones whilst the residual
heat indicators are lit up.
