The seam has uneven stitches
Is the thread tension correct?
Are you using too thick or slubbed thread?
Is the bobbin thread evenly wound?
Is a correct needle used?
Did you thread the machine properly?

Change the thread.

Insert a proper needle correctly, see page 17.

Remove the stitch plate and clean the feed dogs
with a brush.
Remove the stitch plate and clean threads and lint
from the feed dogs and bobbin case area.
Re-thread the machine, both top and bobbin
threads.
