DISASSEMBLING
Remove Helical gear 47 as drawn in Fig. 2.

1. Pull the rear portion of Base frame toward
the direction designated by arrows.

3. Remove Under cover complete and
Shear blade assembly.

6. Separate Housing R by unscrewing
six 3x16 Tapping screws.

(6 pcs.)
2. Turn Under cover complete to the unlocked position
with Lock lever pressed as drawn below.

4. Remove Crank complete and
Dust guard.

5. Remove Protector by unscrewing
M4x12 Bind head screw.

8. After removing Washer 6 and Pin 6
from Helical gear 47, remove 2 pcs.
of Pin 4 by pressing with Arbor press.
Helical gear 47 can be replaced.
