Try This:
Check with the person you are talking to and make sure your
bandwidth matches (12.5 kHz or 25 kHz). See Selecting
Bandwidth on page 33.
Change to Channels 8-14 or move closer together.
Verify that the radio is set to the correct battery type.
Feature not set and On. You can also increase the
Sensitivity Level.
