Q: How does your Fusion 360 ™ Drinking Water System differ from an ordinary water filter? Ordinary water filters or drinking water system have exposed housings, tubing and water storage tanks..
  • Page 3 Q: How much water does the Fusion 360™ system produce? A Fusion 360 RO system will nominally produce 100 US gallons (380 litres) of product water per day. This output will be affected by household water pressure, concentration of dissolved salts in the raw water, raw water temperature and other local factors.

If you have purchased the booster pump model (Waterite model number ROC101E) then you must have a 120V household electrical plug available where the RO cabinet will be installed.
  • Page 6 3. You may now turn the water supply to your home ON. Check for leaks around the saddle. Tighten, reseat or reinstall if necessary. Step 4. Install the Sink Faucet Tools required for this step: An electric drill, a 5/8” carbide bit, a small adjustable wrench, a center punch, a pencil, a rat-tail file.
  • Page 7 Step 5. Install the Drain Saddle Assembly 1. Select the location to install the drain saddle assembly. This is usually on the sink drainpipe and needs to always be located above the “S” trap. 2. Position the drain saddle assembly in the selected location and mark the spot through the outlet with a pencil or marker.

When cutting the tube lengths, be sure to allow enough tube for the cabinet to be placed in its final position and then to be pulled out for easy maintenance access, once the installation is complete.
  • Page 9 Step 7. Starting Up the Fusion 360 Filtration System 1. See Figure 5a above. Using the Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the screw as shown. This will allow you to slide off the cabinet cowling from the rear. The top detachable cover may also be removed by sliding it out towards the rear.

Your RO system is rated to produce 100 US gallons per day, or approximately 380 litres per day. Membranes are nominally rated at about 77°F (23°C) and 65 PSI (4.5 bar).
