air (oxygen) from the room in which it is
installed. Provisions for adequate combustion
and ventilation air must be provided.

    TPB Series Log Set ADEQUATE COMBUSTION and VENTILATION AIR ADEQUATE COMBUSTION AND VENTILATION AIR This heater shall not be installed in a confined space or unusually tight construction unless provisions are provided for adequate combustion and ventilation air. The National Fuel Gas Code, (ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54), defines a confined space as a space whose volume is less than 50 cubic feet per 1,000 BTU per hour (4.8 m per kw) of the aggregate input rating of all appli- ances installed in that space.

    TPB Series Log Set LOG PLACEMENT Before you begin — This unit is supplied with seven (7) ceramic fiber logs. Do not handle these logs with your bare hands. Always wear gloves to prevent skin irritation from ceramic fibers. After handling the logs, wash your hands gently with soap and water to remove any traces of fibers.
