Configuring TCP/IP in Windows 95, 98, or Windows Me, continued

Click TCP/IP on the Network window. If there is more than one TCP/IP entry, choose
the one for the Ethernet card or USB port connected to the cable modem.

Click Properties. The TCP/IP window is displayed.

Click the IP Address tab.

Click Obtain an IP address automatically.

Click OK to accept the TCP/IP settings.

Click OK to close the Network window.

Click OK when prompted to restart your computer and click OK again.
