Operating this vehicle without wearing an approved
helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Operating without an approved helmet increases your
chances of a serious head injury or death in the event
of an accident.
Operating without eye protection can result in an acci-
dent and increases your chances of a serious injury
in the event of an accident.
Operating without protective clothing increases your
chances of serious injury in the event of an accident.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Always wear an approved helmet that fits properly.
You should also wear:

Operating or riding in the vehicle without wearing a properly-secured seat belt.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Serious injury or death. Occupants can strike objects in the passenger compart-
ment, fall out of the vehicle during maneuvers, or be crushed or otherwise injured
in the event of an accident.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT and require others to wear their seat belts.
