Operating system requirements

iOS 7 or later on iPhone 5 or later

Operations, screen images and icons described in the following sections about using the app
are written based on using an Android phone or tablet. If you are using an iOS phone or
tablet, part of the user interface and operations may be different.

Install the app

1. Search for and download the BenQ 4G Live Cam app from the APP Store (for iOS)
or the Google Play™ store (for Android OS) on your mobile device.
2. Install the app.

Set up the app

The network data of your camera is turned on by default. If the data is turned off, please

Your camera is set to mobile pairing by default. If you have previously changed this to watch

pairing, follow the steps below to switch back to mobile.
A. On your camera
1. Press > the Pairing mode > press
2. Press > MOBILE > press
B. On your mobile device
1. Turn on its WLAN setting.
