Section 7: Advanced Features
Users who prefer to use their own MP3 files as lullabies can store them on a microSD card and then insert the card into the microSD card slot.
Remove the cover from the side of your camera and eject the microSD card.
1
Note: A microSD card is not included.
Insert the microSD card into your computer's on-board reader (if available) or
2
into a USB card reader connected to your computer.
Note: You may need a microSD card adapter, depending on the configuration of
your card reader.
In the root (base) folder of the microSD card, create a new folder called music
3
(i.e., G:\music, where G represents the letter assigned to the microSD card.)
Copy the desired MP3 files to the newly created folder. The MP3 files should be
4
named using the following format: "1.mp3", "2.mp3", "3.mp3", "4.mp3", "5.mp3"
(i.e., G:\music\1.mp3)
Note: You can store a maximum of five MP3 files to be used as lullabies.
Use the eject command to ensure that the microSD card can be safely removed
5
from your computer. After removing the microSD card, insert it back into the
microSD card slot of your DCS-855L.
