Remedy
Resynchronize software with piston position.

guides & reassemble
Check Piston and spacer stack assembly for
foreign matter
Loosen drive cap gear ¼ turn or replace.
Address high drive forces.

Ensure PC board is correctly snapped on to

to highest known hardness
