Press the icon
Cycle through contrast levels.
See your System
Administrator.
Verify that the bar code is not
defective, i.e., smudged or
broken.
Clean scan window with a
lens tissue. Tissues for
eyeglasses work well. Do not
use tissues coated with lotion.
