Problem
The unit is not

Possible Causes
Power failure
The power is turned o
The fuse is burned out
Remote control batteries are
dead
The Unit' s 3-minute protection
has been activated
Timer is activated
There' s too much or too little
refrigerant in the system
Incompressible gas or
moisture has entered the
system.
The compressor is broken
The voltage is too high or too
low
The outdoor temperature is
lower than 7°C (44.5°F)
Cold air is entering through
doors and windows
Low refrigerant due to leak or
long-term use
The unit may stop operation or continue to run safely. If
the indicator lamps continue to flash or error codes appear,
wait for about 10 minutes. The problem may resolve itself.
If not, disconnect the power, then connect it again. Turn
the unit on.
If the problem persists, disconnect the power and contact
your nearest customer service center.
