To clean the Caffitaly System S21 dispenser:

1. Empty and Rinse Components:
- Lift the used capsule container (Fig. 11), empty and rinse it.
- Remove the drip grid and its support (Fig. 12), then lift the drip tray, empty and rinse it.
- Remove the water tank (Fig. 5), empty and rinse it.

2. Rinse the Internal Circuit:
- There may be product residue in the machine.
- After dispensing milk, chocolate, or soluble drinks, rinse quickly.
- Use the provided cleaning capsule and press any button (A, B, or C).
- Perform this at least once a week.

3. Surface Cleaning:
- Use a soft cloth and a neutral detergent.
- Do not use water jets or clean components in a dishwasher.

For descaling:
1. Fill the water tank with about 750 cc of water and descaling solution.
2. Insert the cleaning capsule and close the lever.
3. Remove the drip tray and place a container (at least 500 ml) under the dispenser.
4. Hold buttons A and B while turning on the machine.
5. When button B lights up and indicator D blinks yellow and red, press button B to start descaling.
6. The machine dispenses the solution in intervals over 25 minutes.
7. Empty the container if needed.

Perform these steps regularly to maintain the machine.

I am using the correct capsules for my S21 Caffitaly machine but the water is not dispensing - only a slight tricle at first then nothing. No orange or red lights flashing and the machine is filled with clean water. I have tried to reset the machine several times but this does not help either.
