• PTT Options: Provides additional PTT options (see more in the PTT
Options submenu on p. 215).
• Keypad Tones: Allows you to determine the audio playback tone you
hear when the keypad is pressed. Options are DTMF Tones, Single Tone
(factory default), or No Tone.
• Audio Routing: Allows you to select the way audio is played. Choices
are Speaker and Receiver. Alternatively, you may press the Volume up/
down key to be presented with this choice as a soft key.
Tip: Please note that if you are using the Receiver to listen to audio for
push-to-talk, it is recommended that you enable the device's vibration
notification so you are alerted of incoming calls (see Vibrate on p.216).
In order to hear the Receiver audio, the Iridium Extreme PTT device
should be held to your ear.
• Language: Offers three languages for the Iridium Extreme® PTT device
menus – English (factory default), French and Spanish.
