Problem
Moisture forms on
outside of refrigerator
Moisture collects inside
Interior light does
not work
Ice or water is on the
back wall of the
refrigerator
Doors are hard to open
Doors will not shut

Possible Causes
Not unusual during
periods of high humidity.
Too frequent or too
long door openings.
(In humid weather, air
carries moisture into
refrigerator when doors
are opened.)
No power at outlet.
Lightbulb burned out.
This is normal.
Vacuum caused by tight seal.
Refrigerator not leveled properly. • Adjust leveling legs to raise the front of the refrigerator.
What To Do
• Wipe surface dry.
• This is normal.
• Replace fuse or reset the breaker.
• See Lightbulb replacement.
• The back wall of the refrigerator is normally covered
with drops of water or ice during operation. This is
normal and part of the automatic defrosting process
in the refrigerator.
• The ice will melt when the compressor cycles off.
• Wait 15 seconds between door openings.
• Order vacuum break, Part No. WR02X8905.
• See Leveling legs.
