Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting the 3G CDMA NIM/cellular interface can be done from either the GUI or the CLI. Both
methods are described in the following sections.
Viewing Interface Statistics Using the GUI
Some statistics for the 3G CDMA cellular interface and the demand routing interface are available on the
GUI. Specific statistics related to the 3G CDMA cellular interface, such as profile, version, and hardware
statistics, are only available through the CLI. The GUI provides summary statistics that aid in monitoring
the activity and status of each interface.
To access 3G CDMA cellular interface statistics, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to System > Physical Interfaces.
