Updating Your Remote
Your remote can receive software updates directly from the set-top box. When a software update is available,
you see an on-screen prompt asking you if you want to accept the update now or later.
When you choose to accept the update, your remote control is disabled until the update is complete. The
Power button will blink pink while the update is in progress. The Power button will blink green twice when the
update is complete and the remote is ready to use.

Additional Information

The remote control does not have any user serviceable parts. Opening the case, except for the battery cover,
may cause permanent damage to your remote control.
