Description
Specifies the IDE configuration mode for IDE devices.
User allows the cylinders, heads, and sectors fields to
be changed.
Auto automatically fills in the values for the cylinders,
heads, and sectors fields.
Enables or disables the LBA mode control.
(Shows when anything other than Auto is selected in the
Type menu above.)
Specifies number of sectors per block for transfers from
the hard disk drive to memory.
Check the hard disk drive's specifications for optimum
setting.
Shows when anything other than Auto is selected in the
Type menu above.
Configures the PIO mode.
Shows when anything other than Auto is selected in the
Type menu above.
Specifies the Ultra DMA mode for the drive.
Shows when anything other than Auto is selected in the
Type menu above.
