Maintenance -
At some time during the life of a heater, you may
need to inspect and repair the parts of the heater that
allows the gas to flow from the gas supply line into
the burners. If the heater won't fire and you wish to
check these gas controls:
1. Turn off the gas supply.
2. Disconnect the gas union at the heater.
3. Remove the gas pipe installed into the gas
valve.
4. Remove the gas valve holding bracket.
5. Remove the gas valve wires.
6. Disconnect the ignition wire.
7. Slide the burner tray out.
