Delete recorded images

Deletion of recorded images saved
on the hard disk drives manually
Delete recorded images and audio saved in the normal
recording area, the event recording area or the copy
area of the hard disk drives manually. By designating a
time and date, all the images and audio recorded until
the day before the designated time and date will be
deleted.
Important:
• It is impossible to recover the deleted images and
audio.
• It is possible to delete recorded images and audio
automatically when the set days have passed from
the day the image was recorded (HDD auto dele-
tion). Refer to a system administrator for further
information.
• When "Stop" is selected for "Disk end mode" on the
"Maintenance" page, the available disk capacity will
not be increased even though deletion is performed.

Click the [Setup] button and then click the
[Maintenance] button.

Click the [Disk] tab.
The "Disk" window will be displayed.

Select the area on which the images are to be
deleted from "Manual delete for normal record-
ing area", "Manual delete for event recording
area" and "Manual delete for copy area", and
then designate the time and date.
All images and audio recorded until the day before
the designated time and date will be deleted.

Click the [Delete] button.
The confirmation pop-up window will be displayed.

Click the [OK] button.
Images and audio will be deleted.
