    Thank you for purchasing your new Logik Fridge Freezer. You must spend some time reading this instruction manual in order that you fully understand all the operational features it offers. You must read all the safety instructions carefully before use and keep this instruction manual for future reference.

    Installation INSTALLATION Location When selecting a position for your unit you should make sure the floor is flat and firm, and the room is well ventilated with an average room temperature of between 16°C and 43°C. Avoid locating your unit near a heat source, e.g. cooker, boiler or radiator (must be at least 50 cm away).
  • Page 6 INSTALLATION 3. Carefully remove the fridge and freezer doors by pulling the middle hinge towards you to release the hinge, the top door may need lifting to allow this. Lower the top door off the top hinge pin. Lift the bottom door off the bottom hinge pin.
  • Page 7 INSTALLATION 8. Remove the screw cap cover and the 2 screw hole caps on the left. Use the craft knife or flat bladed screwdriver carefully to avoid damaging the finish of the unit or yourself. 9. Insert the caps to the right side. (You will find new caps, if needed, in the user instruction bag.) 10.

    INSTALLATION 17. Remove the plastic washer. Turn the middle hinge 180º, replace the washer on the upper pin. Assemble the freezer door and fridge door together with the middle hinge (Reverse operation of item 2) Fix the middle hinge by tightening the screws.

    Operating Instructions Switching Your Unit On 1. Connect the mains cable plug to the mains socket. The internal temperature of your unit is controlled by a thermostat. There are seven settings, of which position 6 is the coldest and position 0 turns the unit off. 2.

    Cleaning Defrosting With proper use, there should not be any frost accumulated in the freezer compartment of this unit. However, in case of improper use (door left open) of the freezer compartment, frost might build up in the freezer compartment after the unit has been used for a period of time if this occurs then defrost the unit fully as detailed below.

    Maintenance Changing the Internal Light 1. Before carrying out the bulb replacement always adjust the thermostat control dial to Position 0, then disconnect from the mains supply by removing the plug from the socket. 2. Hold both sides by the fixing clips, squeeze lightly to release the clips and lower the cover away from the bulb.
