Possible Cause
Bluetooth connection failed.
Battery level is low.
The Scale failed to initialize.

The Scale can't capture a
steady reading.

Scale memory access error.

Troubleshooting Steps
Make sure Bluetooth is
enabled, the Scale is turned
on and the app is running.
Restart the mobile device
and try again.
Change the batteries.
Remove the batteries,
wait for one minute,
then reinstall them.
The maximum weight
allowed is 400 lb/180 kg.
1. Allow the Scale to shut
o completely before trying
again.
2. Place feet on the center of
glass platform and stand still.
Reset the Bluetooth
connection by turning it o
and back on again.
