Operator troubleshooting
PROBLEM
Nailer operates,
but no nail is driven.
Skipping nails.
Intermittent feed.
Nail jam.
Driven nail is bent.
The operation of the
push lever not smooth.
Fan is working, light indicator
shows GREEN yet it doesn't
drive a nail or operation
unstable.
Fan does not operate
when push lever is pressed.
Unable to charge battery
or red light blink.

CHECK METHOD

Check for a jam nails.
Check for proper nails.
Check for a jam .
Check function of nail feeder .
Ribbon spring weakened
or damaged?
Check if the driver blade
piston is down or not.
Check for proper nails.
Check function of nail feeder.
Ribbon spring weakened or damaged.
Nail feeder weakened or damaged?
Check for returning of piston.
Check for moving of piston smoothly.
Check for proper nails.
Driver blade worn?
Nail feeder worn or damaged?
Push lever bent?
Check push lever's moving track, debris?
Check for returning of piston.
Check fuel cell, insufficient?
Check spark plug wire, worn out?
Check high pressure cap joint insert
to the spark plug.
Check spark plug, grease or debris?
Check filter, clogged?
Magazine empty.
Note the color of the light indicator.
Inspect if the battery temperature within Wait the battery temperature as
require range 50°F( 10°C) ～ 104°F (40°C).
Check if all joints are inserted
and the battery pack Insert in place.
Utility voltage not nearly of rated
voltages shown on adapter nameplate. charge. If also can not charge, contact

Clear a jam nails.

back the piston to the highest position.
