To locate a cut signal line for an Invisible Fence Plus system:

1. Use a wire break locator and move it side to side along the wire path.
2. Listen and watch for changes in tone and light.
3. For twisted wire: a single break changes the tone; if both wires are broken, tones decrease then stop.
4. For boundary loop: a single break causes tone and light to change; multiple breaks cause tone to decrease then stop.
5. Turn down the volume on the locator when the tone changes to pinpoint the break—it disappears when directly over the break.
