Using the Phonebook

Your handset can store up to seventy names and numbers in
your phonebook. When all the phonebook entries are full, you
will hear a beep and MEMORY FULL appears. You cannot store
any additional names and numbers unless you delete some of
the existing ones.
Press [ ] to enter the phonebook. Once in the phonebook, you
have the following options:
Scroll through
the entries
Jump to
entries that
start with a
certain letter
Store a new
entry
Copy one
entry to
another
station
Copy all
entries to
another
station at
once
Dial an entry
Delete an
entry
Delete all
entries
Close the
phonebook
Press [ ] to scroll through the phonebook
alphabetically.
Press the number key corresponding to the letter you
want to jump to.
1) Press [Select/menu].
2) Move the cursor to CREATE NEW, and then press
[Select/menu].
1) Find the entry you want to copy, and press
[Select/menu].
2) Move the cursor to COPY, and press [Select/menu].
3) Move the cursor to select the station you want to
copy the entry to, and press [Select/menu].
1) Press [Select/menu], and then select COPY ALL.
2) Move the cursor to select the station you want to
copy the entries to, and press [Select/menu].
3) Move the cursor to YES, and press [Select/menu].
1) Find the entry you want to dial.
2) Press [ /fl ash] or [
1) Find the entry you want to delete, and press
[Select/menu].
2) Move the cursor to DELETE, and press [Select/menu].
